1. About AptitudePro

AptitudePro is an online competitive exam preparation platform operated by Chandra Bhanu, based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The platform provides practice tests, mock exams, and study material for Banking, Government, and IT sector competitive examinations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AptitudePro. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at bhanu@ncbaitech.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans

AptitudePro offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: 1 mock test per week, across all exam categories. No payment required.
• Pro Plan (₹20/month): Unlimited mock tests, full category breakdowns, and answer review.

Pro access is granted for 30 days from the date of payment and does not auto-renew — you may purchase another 30-day period at any time, including before your current one expires (which simply extends your access by a further 30 days).

5. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment provider.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

6. Renewal

Pro access lasts 30 days per payment and does not auto-renew — there is no subscription to cancel. After 30 days, your account reverts to the Free Plan unless you purchase another 30-day period. No refunds are issued. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any question content from the platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AptitudePro — including questions, explanations, design, and code — is the property of Chandra Bhanu and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AptitudePro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that specific exam scores will be achieved by using the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chandra Bhanu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AptitudePro. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
