Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary

We strongly encourage you to use the Free Plan before subscribing, to evaluate the quality and suitability of the platform for your exam preparation needs.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for the AptitudePro Pro subscription plan (₹20/month) are non-refundable.

2. Renewal

Pro access does not auto-renew or auto-charge — each ₹20 payment grants 30 days of access. There is nothing to cancel:

• Your Pro access simply ends 30 days after payment unless you choose to purchase another 30-day period
• After expiry, your account reverts to the Free Plan (1 mock test per week)
• Your test history and performance data are retained regardless of plan

3. Exceptions

In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if:

• A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error
• Payment was charged but access was not granted due to a platform failure

To report such issues, email bhanu@ncbaitech.com within 48 hours of the transaction with your payment ID.

4. Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you file a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account.

5. Free Plan

The Free Plan is always available at no charge. No payment information is required to use the Free Plan.
